Attention!  In the column «the purpose of the payment» it is obligatory to mention «Membership fees for the year…, for… Name of the person for whom the fee is paid».
«Only for payments in Russia», amount is 50 USD, rouble equivalent at the rate of Central Bank of Russia, without kopeсks.

For paying entrance fees:
