On October 3, 2023 a meeting of the Bureau of the Board took place at the FBA EAC headquarters. The Vice-Presidents of the Association participated in the meeting. At the meeting, the participants considered the preparation of the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the founding of the FBA EAC, discussed the budget of the FBA EAC for the IV quarter of this year, decided to abolish two Committees of the FBA EAC, the Vice-Presidents told about the priorities of their work. On October 3, 2023 at the headquarters of FBA EAC a working meeting of the Association’s management with representatives of Invest-Stanko LLC and DR&C Machinery Co., Ltd took place. The Association was represented at the meeting by A.Murychev, Chairman of the FBA EAC Board, S.Plikais, Vice-President, S.Orlova, Acting General Director, E.Berezovaya, Chief Executive Director of the Association. On October 9, 2023 a working meeting was held at the FBA EAC headquarters, the topic of which was the development of business cooperation between the FBA EAC Committee on Best Available Technologies and Investment Projects and the Working Group of the Project Office of Scientific and educational center of the world level “Yenisei Siberia” within the framework of the implementation of the “Strategy of Socio-Economic Development of the Siberian Federal District until 2035”. The meeting was attended by O.Chernyshev, Head of FBA EAC Representative Office in the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the MCCI Committee on Sustainable Development of the Real Sector of the Economy and Investment Activities, Scientific Head of the Working Group of the Project Office of the world-class research and development center “Yenisei Siberia”, Associate Professor of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, Honorary Professor of the International Institute of Certified Financial Managers, Academician of the IIA; Y.Fedorov, Chairman of the FBA EAC Committee on BAT and Investment Projects; S.Orlova, Acting General Director of FBA EAC; E.Berezovaya, Chief Executive Director of FBA EAC; Dmitry Popov, Deputy Director of the Project Office of the world-class research and development center “Yenisei Siberia”, Head of the Working Group at the SPC. On October 17, 2023 the 32nd Plenary Meeting of the International Coordinating Council for Trans-Eurasian Transportation (CCTT) was held at The Carlton Hotel, Moscow. O.Belozerov, Chairman of the CCTT, General Director-Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Russian Railways”, made a report on the role and tasks of the CCTT in the formation of a sustainable logistics system in the Eurasian space, new approaches and the search for effective solutions. On October 18, 2023 a meeting of the EEC Advisory Committee on Intellectual Property was held under the chairmanship of B.Sagintaev, Minister for Economy and Financial Policy of the Commission, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the FBA EAC. The members of the Committee highly appreciated the work of the EEC on the annual monitoring of law enforcement practice to combat counterfeit goods in the single market of the EAEU. As the representatives of ministries and agencies, as well as the business community of the Union countries emphasized, the recommendations based on the results of such monitoring allow the authorized bodies to improve the strategy to combat counterfeiting. On October 23, 2023 he Financial Market Professional Qualifications Council hosted a meeting of the Center for International Qualifications. On October 27, 2023 a regular meeting of the International Banking Council (IBC) took place at the Samarkand Regency Hotel (Samarkand, Uzbekistan). At the opening of the meeting, B.Khamidov, General Director of the Association of Banks of Uzbekistan and A.Murychev, Chairman of the International Banking Council, Chairman of the FBA EAC Board, made welcoming speeches. The heads of eight foreign banking unions and associations attended the event. On November 15, 2023 the 5th Anniversary Eurasian Business Forum «INTEGRATION» will be held in Moscow (President Hotel, 24 Bolshaya Yakimanka St.) with the participation of EEC. The Forum is held annually to facilitate the expansion of trade and economic contacts, entering new markets and finding new partners. On November 28-30, 2023 the International Forum-Exhibition «Russian Industrialist» will be held in St. Petersburg at Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Centre.
«Russian Industrialist» Forum is a federal platform, which brings together large companies and the Government, leading technological companies, universities, scientific organizations, small and medium enterprises and foreign partners.
The main theme of the Forum – 2023 is «Sustainability and Development: Key Technologies, Role of the State, Personnel for Industry, New Contours of International Cooperation».
