On August 6, 2021, the President of the FBA EAC A.Tkachuk held talks with the Co-President of the Association “Franco-Russian Dialogue”, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes S. Katasonov on the issue of interaction. During the meeting, both sides expressed their interest in working together to develop international business activity.

On August 10, 2021, the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) approved the updated composition of the Advisory Council on Interaction between the EEC and the EAEU Business Council by Order No. 112. The Advisory Council ensures interaction and dialogue between the EEC and the EAEU Business Council on determining the directions and prospects for the development of entrepreneurial activity in key areas of the Eurasian economic integration. The Advisory Board from the Russian side included the Chairman of the Board of the FBA EAC A.Murychev.

On August 23, 2021, the General Director of the FBA EAC, O. Berezovoy met with the head of the German company Hawle Armaturen GMB, Michael Erbek, and the Croatian company Metalska Industrija Varaždin, Kresimer Kranjcec, as well as with the Honorary Consul of the Consulate of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Croatia, Damir Pokupiec. The heads of the companies showed interest in working in the Eurasian Economic Space and in the countries where the Representative Offices of the FBA EAC are present.

On August 25, 2021, a scheduled meeting of the Association’s management with the Heads of the FBA EAC Representative Offices was held. The meeting summed up the results of the work for August, discussed work plans for the coming months, the organization and holding of the VIII Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum, as well as the preparation of the anniversary issue of the journal “Eurasian Financial and Economic Herald”.

On August 25, 2021, the Organizing Committee of the Forum of the VIII Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum held a meeting, where practical issues of preparing for the event were discussed.
On August 26, 2021, an expanded meeting of the RSPP financial industry commissions on banks and banking activities, on financial markets, on insurance and auditing activities was held via videoconference. The participants discussed the draft “Main directions for the development of the financial market of the Russian Federation” for 2022 and the period 2023 and 2024. The Vice-President of the RSPP, Chairman of the Board of the FBA EAC A. Murychev moderated the extended meeting. The General Director of the FBA EAC O. Berezovoy attended the meeting.

In September 2021, the project of the Photo Contest “The World through the eyes of an artist” continues, FBA EAC invites amateur photographers to take part in the competition and become its finalist. The results of the competition will be summed up in November 2021.
