November 3, 2022 A. Murychev, Chairman of the FBA EAC Executive Board, and O. Berezovoy, General Director of FBA EAC, had a business meeting with the heads of the FBA EAC Representative Offices in Romania (Feodor Afanasov), West Africa (Alexander Biryukov), and Italy (Andrea Boldi). The topic of the meeting was the preparation for the IX Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum, during which the FBA EAC International Business Week will be held. November 5, 2022 The V China International Import Expo (CIIE) 2022 opened in Shanghai (PRC). Over 30 Russian companies are taking part in the exhibition.
The company SLC-Rus, headed by the President of FBA EAC Li Shuobing, was presented with its stand in the section “Food and Agricultural Products” under the general brand name «Made in Russia». SLC in partnership with the Russian Export Center (REC) organized the exposition of the products of 24 producers from Russia. November 10, 2022 An extended meeting of the FBA EAC Executive Board took place. Members of the Executive Board, members of the Supervisory Board and Business Council, as well as the heads of the Association’s representative offices and committees, were invited to attend the meeting.
The meeting was presided by A. Murychev, Chairman of the Executive Board of FBA EAC. The participants discussed preparations for the IX Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum and decided to dissolve the following FBA EAC Committees: Committee on International Scientific and Technical Cooperation, Committee on Industrial Policy and Engineering, Committee on International Leasing. «ECOLOGISTIKA» (Russia) and G-LUBRICANTS SINGLE MEMBER P.C. (Greece) joined the Association. Konstantinos Gkampaeridis, CEO of G-LUBRICANTS SINGLE MEMBER P.C., Founder and President of the Association of Russian-speaking Entrepreneurs of Greece, was appointed Head of FBA EAC Representative Office in in the Hellenic Republic and the Republic of Cyprus.

November 9, 2022 A meeting between A.Tkachuk, Member of the FBA EAC Executive Board, and N.Snopkov, First Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, was held in Minsk. During the meeting, they discussed the issues related to building cooperation in the field of trade relations of the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation and the EAEU countries, including in the context of FBA EAC activities aimed at developing business relations between business structures of different countries and regions of the world. Building interaction in the development of trade relations at the highest state and international level is one of the most important tasks facing FBA EAC and the international business community.

November 11, 2022 A regular meeting of the RSPP Committee on Financial Policy took place. The topic of the meeting: «Strategic Directions in Financial Policy and Financial Markets Development: Considering the Position of Business».
The meeting was chaired by A.Kostin, Chairman of the RSPP Financial Policy Committee and President and Chairman of the Management Board of VTB Bank (PAO).
The following issues were the subject of discussion: main scenarios for development, priorities and risks of the Russian economy and financial markets till 2030; sources and mechanisms of bringing long and cheap financial resources to Russian companies; mechanisms of supporting the investment activity of Russian companies and the consequent role of the financial market; demand for and accessibility of debt market instruments and equity finance market instruments; status and prospects of the retail financial market as a source of financing for economic development; prospects and directions of development of digitalization in the financial sector as a key instrument for increasing accessibility of financial resources for Russian companies; tools to improve the efficiency of cross-border settlements in modern conditions.

November 10, 2022 V China International Import Expo (CIIE) 2022 was closed in Shanghai (PRC). SLC-Rus, headed by Li Shuobing, President of FBA EAC presented the products of Russian manufacturers at the stand «Made in Russia» in the section «Food and agro-industrial complex».
On November 9 SLC-Rus and ten Chinese distributors signed cooperation agreements. On the sidelines of the exhibition representatives of SLC-Rus signed export contracts with major Russian producers of pasta, farinaceous products, fruit and vegetables deep processing products and Russian ice cream. The amount of the contracts totaled 6 million 600 thousand yuan. The additional guarantee of quality of food products exported from Russia is ensured by «Made in Russia» certification issued by Russian Export Center JSC and awarded to REC residents. SLC-Rus is the national operator of REC throughout China implementing a management program of demonstration and tasting pavilion called «Good Food Russia». November 11, 2022 A.Artyukhin, Chairman of the FBA EAC Committee on Healthcare, Pharmacy and Medical Equipment, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Academician of the Russian Academy of Medical and Technical Sciences, took part in the International Conference on Cooperation of Industry, Universities and Scientific Research (Nanchang, China). He made a report on traditional Chinese medicine, its place and role in West European and, in particular, Russian medical tradition and proposed to create a joint Russian-Chinese certification center, which would be a tool for checking drugs entering the Russian market from China.
The main goal of the FBA EAC Committee is to increase the capacity of the peoples of the countries whose representatives are members of the Association to obtain information about advanced technologies, projects and trends in global medical practice. “TCM should be regarded as a civilizational asset of all mankind, which the Western world has yet to understand, comprehend and master. November 16, 2022 A trilateral meeting took place between FBA EAC, RSPP and Indian Association MSME Development Forum. on FBA EAC was represented by A.Murychev, Chairman of the Executive Board, O. Berezovoy, General Director, M. Kumar, Member of the Executive Board, S.Plikais, Chairman of the FBA EAC CommitteeInvestments in Construction and Real Estate. A.Solovyeva, Deputy Managing Director of the Department for International Cooperation, and S.Mikhnevich, Managing Director of the Department for International Multilateral Cooperation and Integration, represented RSPP at the meeting.

November 12, 2022 A business meeting of ABAC (ATEC) was held in Bangkok, Thailand. The main goal of the event was to prepare final version of the ABAC report to the leaders of APEC Countries. Kriengkrai Thiennukul, Chairman of ABAC-2022 and Federation of Thai Industries presented the report to Prayut Chan-o-cha, Prime Minister of Thailand and Chairman of APEC-2022. The report contains recommendations of ABAC for the leaders of APEC on overcoming the unprecedented economic crises, which hit the Asian-Pacific Region resulting from the ongoing pandemic, geopolitical conflict, inflation and supply chain disruptions, which have a direct impact on businesses both large and small. These recommendations formed the basis of discussions with APEC leaders during the annual dialogue on November 18. FBA EAC was represented on the meeting by I.Gorbulina, Head of FBA EAC Representative Office in Australia and New Zealand.

November 21, 2022 A panel session «Functioning of food systems in conditions of international instability» was held in Chisinau (Republic of Moldova) within the framework of the IX Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum. Representatives of the business community from 14 countries of Eurasia attended the panel session. R.Taran, Head of the FBA EAC Representative Office in the Republic of Moldova, moderated the panel session. November 22, 2022 Within the framework of the FBA EAC International Business Week, the panel session “External and internal migration as a resource for international development of regions” was held on the platform of the VII International Forum of Finance University.
The participants of the panel session were greeted by Li Shuobing, President of FBA EAC, and A.Murychev, Chairman of the FBA EAC Executive Board.
The discussion was attended by W.Herdt, Former Bundestag MP from the party «Alternative for Germany»; E.Kameneva, Vice-rector for academic affairs of Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation; A.Omurbekova, Director of EEC Labour Migration Department; F.Prokopov, Deputy Chairman of Presidential National Council for Professional Qualifications; R.Taran, President of the International Social and Labor Fund of Migrants from Moldova; A.Faktorovich, Deputy General Director of the National Qualifications Development Agency.
The participants agreed that the determining factor for EAEU countries is not migration flows themselves, but the ability to improve human capital, to encourage the population to be educated, highly employable and competitive. To this end, the procedures and instruments of migration policy must be linked to economic and investment strategies, as well as to demographic and foreign policies.
The general opinion is that, for all the complexities of the migration process, the idea of a common labor market within the EAEU is useful and mutually beneficial.

November 22, 2022 Panel session «Golden Bridge» of IX Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum «Building bridges, not barriers. Business Eurasia in a new reality» was held within the framework of International Business Week at Parco dei Principi Hotel in Rome (Italy). The panel was organized by FBA EAC and Levoro SRL. The panel session was opened by Li Shuobing, President of FBA EAC, and A.Murychev, Chairman of the FBA EAC Executive Board, who greeted the participants of the panel session on behalf of the organizers of the Forum. The panel was moderated by A.Boldi, President of Levoro SRL and Head of the FBA EAC Representative Office in Italy. During the panel session, participants discussed a wide range of issues relating to the construction of new supply chains, the introduction of the latest technology in the processing of precious metals, and discussed the role of gold in international finance. November 23, 2022 A panel session was held within the framework of International Business Week in Moscow. The panel was co-hosted by International Coordinating Council on Trans-Eurasian Transportation (CCTT). The participants discussed the topic that is relevant in today’s conditions: «Eurasian transport corridors: restoration of old and creation of new logistics chains».
The event was organized within the IX Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum «Building bridges, not barriers. Business Eurasia in a new reality» and was held on the sidelines of the 31st Plenary meeting of CCTT. The representatives of ministries, transport institutions, and transport and logistics companies from CIS countries, Europe, and Asia attended the event totaling over 150 participants from 19 countries. The panel session was moderated by G.Bessonov, Secretary General of CCTT, and V.Kotenev, Member of the FBA EAC Executive Board, Managing Director of LLC «Euroasian Strategic Consulting». November 24, 2022 The planned meeting of International Banking Committee (IBC) was held on the sidelines of IX Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum. November 24, 2022 The plenary session «Building Bridges, not barriers. Business Eurasia in a new reality» of IX Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum was held. Due to the hybrid format (offline/online), more than 2000 people from 36 took part in the event. Representatives of the business communities of Italy, Kazakhstan, India, Syria, Russia, Germany, China, Senegal, UAE, Serbia, Kyrgyzstan, Greece, Moldova, and Cyprus participated in the Forum in person.

During the plenary session, the participants discussed a wide range of issues concerning the impact of the shift of development centers to the East on the global economy and foreign economic activity, problems of food and energy security, the urgent tasks of coupling the “One Belt, One Road” strategy and Eurasian economic integration in the new geopolitical environment, the status and prospects of EAEU cooperation with third countries (Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East). Summing up the discussion, A.Gromyko noted that the universal concern about the current situation of division and global distrust in the world, as many speakers have noted, must be overcome by the resumption of dialogue, cooperation between the leading economies of the world, and in the context of the Forum, by building new bridges to overcome the large-scale global economic crisis.

In the near future, the following events will take place in the life of the FBA EAC:
On November 29 – December 1, 2022 in St. Petersburg (Russia) the forum-exhibition “Russian industrialist” will take place.
The Russian Industrialist is a federal platform for discussions and consultations between big business and the state, leading technology companies, and small and medium-sized businesses on the development agenda under current conditions.
Forum 2022 is devoted to import substitution and state support of the industry in the conditions of constraints, creating incentives for domestic production of high-tech and competitive industrial products. December 1, 2022 The XIII International AntiFraud Russia Forum will take place at the Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel & Business Centre in Moscow.
Topics of the forum: how to combat fraud in the banking sector, combating leaks of personal data, legislation and regulation in the field of personal data, who is responsible for credit fraud, how to fight against fraud in retail and e-commerce, Anti-Fraud collaboration of mobile operators, counteraction to social engineering, biometrics, attacks on digital profiles and deep fakes, anti-spam as a vector of development, and Data Science and Big Data in the fight against cyberfraud.
The Forum is held with the support of the Association of Banks of Russia, the organizer of the forum is the Academy of Information Systems – a training center in the field of further education, which trains staff in the following areas: information security, IT, OSINT, competitive intelligence and economic security.

December 8-9, 2022 The Bishkek Investment Summit (hereinafter – BIS) will be held on the sidelines of the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council (SEEC). Representatives of state authorities, heads of leading Eurasian companies and international financial institutions are invited to participate in the summit. Representatives of such countries as Armenia, Belarus, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Qatar, China, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey and Japan are expected to participate in the forum.
The forum’s agenda includes sessions on the development of the digital economy, transport and logistics, and scientific and technical cooperation.
BIS will host the forum of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly.
On December 9 on the sidelines of Bishkek Investment Summit a meeting of the Council of the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (ICIE) will be held, which will be attended by FBA EAC.
On December 9, 2022, the Marriott Moscow Grand Hotel (Moscow) will host a meeting of the Council of the Association of Banks of Russia.
