On February 2, 2023 the International Scientific and Methodological Conference «Foresight in Education» was held. The key topics were the transformation of modern education, the essential competencies of young professionals, and the role of universities as drivers of regional development and the national economy as a whole. On February 2, 2023 in Moscow a meeting of the Presidium of the Council of the Association of Russian Banks was held, which was attended by Vice-President of the RSPP, Deputy Chairman of the Association Council, Chairman of the FBA EAC Executive Board A.Murychev. On February 3, 2023 annual events, dedicated to the « Ruble Day», were held in the Financial University under the Government of Russia and the Russian Ministry of Finance. «Ruble Day», which also includes an essay contest, is aimed at students of 9th – 11th grades of secondary school, as well as students of 1-3 courses of secondary professional institutions. The objectives of the contest are to disseminate and improve financial knowledge, popularize the national currency of Russia among the youth, and strengthen the national monetary system of the country. On February 8, 2023 a meeting of the FBA EAC Board took place at the Association’s headquarters at 17 Kotelnicheskaya naberezhnaya. During the meeting, the members of the Board discussed the strategic directions of the FBA EAC activities in the current year, proposed by the President of the Association Li Shuobing, agreed on the candidacies of the members of the Association for rotation in the Board and the Audit Commission of the Association, approved the Regulations on the regional bureaus of the FBA EAC and the new composition of the Organizing Committee of the X Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum. On February 13, 2023 in the Moscow office of SLC-Rus, headed by President of the FBA EAC Li Shuobing, a working meeting was held between the members of the FBA EAC Committee on Best Available Technologies and Investment Projects and representatives of the representatives of the Chinese delegation of distributors and food procurement. The FBA EAC was represented at the meeting by Y.Fedorov, Chairman of the Committee on Best Available Technologies and Investment Projects, I.Sinchurin, Deputy Chairman of the Committee, and V.Karamzin, General Director of Agromash. On February 14, 2023 a meeting of the EEC Board was held, which was attended by B.Sagintayev, member of the EEC Board (Minister) on Economy and Financial Policy and Chairman of the FBA EAC Supervisory Board. The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission recommended the Eurasian Economic Union countries to improve their approaches to regulating labor migration within the EAEU. On February 21, 2023 A.Bespalov, Chairman of the FBA EAC Committee on HR and Qualification, took part in the meeting of the Financial Markets Association «Council for Professional Qualifications Development», which was dedicated to strengthening the staffing of the Association, as well as changes in the personnel and naming of the Association’s working bodies. On February 28, 2023 the Financial Forum of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs was held as part of the Russian Business Weeks. Forum topic: «The financial system of Russia: tools for ensuring sustainable economic development». The Forum was moderated by A.Kostin, Chairman of the RSPP Committee on Financial Policy, Member of the RSPP Board, President-Chairman of the Board of VTB, and A.Murychev, Co-chairman of the RSPP Committee on Financial Policy, Vice President of the RSPP, Chairman of the FBA EAC Executive Board. Among the issues addressed were: access to finance for Russian companies in the current environment, financing “locomotive” and strategic industries, collateral-free financing, collective and retail investments as a source of funding for economic development, digitalization of assets as a mechanism to increase access to financial resources, ensuring freedom for financial transactions, development of mutual settlements for foreign economic activity involving Russian companies, development of payment infrastructure and others. The year 2023 will be held under the auspices of the FBA EAC’s 10th anniversary.The business program for 2023 includes business, representational and anniversary events.
In 2023 the FBA EAC will hold monthly industry roundtables on topical issues within the framework of its program «Business Dialogues». Since no other proposals have been received from the FBA EAC Committees, the FBA EAC Main Events Plan for 2023 includes the conduct of Roundtables according to the following schedule:

On March 1, 2023, a meeting of the Bureau of the Board will take place at 11.00. The participants will discuss the annual reports of the governing bodies of the FBA EAC, including the Report of the Audit Commission, the accounting report, and approve the Budget of the Association for 2023.
On March 6, 2023, at 10.00 a.m., a General Meeting of the FBA EAC will take place in a combined format, where participants will summarize the results of the Association’s work for 2022, discuss and approve the strategic priorities of the FBA EAC’s activities in 2023, and rotate in the Association’s governing bodies.
On March 6, 2023, an Integration Forum will take place at 11:00. The theme of the forum is “Pushing the horizon: the strategy of Eurasian economic integration in new conditions and the role of business”. The event will be held with the participation of the leadership of leading companies, the parties of the EAEU Business Council, public authorities and the expert community.
On March 6, 2023, the new 17th issue of the journal “Eurasian Financial and Economic Herald” will be published.
On March 9, 2023, at 11:00, a business meeting within the framework of the FBA EAC “Business Dialogues” Program of the leadership of the FBA EAC with representatives of the coal industry of China and Russia will take place.
On March 16, 2023 at 11:00 the XVII Congress of RSPP will take place in the Moscow International House of Music.
On March 16, 2023 at 12.00 The international scientific and practical conference “Climate Adaptation and low-carbon economic Development in Russia and the world: practice, challenges, prospects” will be held in the digital space of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

In 2023, the photo Contest “The world through the eyes of an artist – 2023” continues. We invite non-professional photographers from the countries of the FBA EAC presence to participate in the photo contest. In September 2023, the Association’s anniversary booklet is scheduled to be released. Vice-presidents, committee chairmen, heads of representative offices are invited to join the preparation of this publication, having worked out the issue of preparing congratulations for the FBA EAC from significant international, state, public organizations that will be included in the booklet.
From November 8 to 14, 2023, the FBA EAC International Business Week will take place. A number of round tables on industry topics will be held during the week.

On November 16, 2023, it is planned to hold the X Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum “Building bridges, not barriers. Business Eurasia in New realities”.

In November 2023, festive events dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the FBA EAC will be held. Within the framework of the events, it is planned to hold an evening reception from the FBA EAC and an official award ceremony for the winners of the Business Elite of Eurasia Competition.
